Apartment Tre is a 2-room apartment (41 m2) located on the first floor of the house and facing east. You enter a spacious entrance which gives you access to the bedroom with air conditioning, spacious luxury bathroom and living-living kitchen. The living-living kitchen has a sofa and an armchair, a dining table and a well-equipped kitchen complete with herbs, oil and detergent. The spacious luxury bathroom has a toilet, bidet, sink and walk-in shower and hairdryer, the bedroom is located on the north (so nice and cool) has a double bed. From this apartment you have a great view of a vineyard, the arable land and also the Monte San Vicino.
In the garden you can use the various seats and sun loungers.
