We like to offer allergy free rooms to everyone, therefore unfortunately it is not allowed to bring a pet. The only exception is for apartment Due.
Smoking is only allowed outside if no one is bothered by it.
Parking is free on site.
Pinning is not possible with us.
Every tenant will receive a reservation confirmation from Casa Vaniglia by means of the reservation form. Within 7 days after receipt of the confirmation, the tenant pays a deposit of 50% of the rent and once the deposit is received by Casa Vaniglia, the reservation is final. The remainder of the full rent must be paid in cash upon departure. In case of late payment Casa Vaniglia has the right to cancel the reservation.
During the stay the tenant is fully responsible for the rented room or apartment, furnishing and all related matters. The tenant shall compensate the landlord directly and in full for any damage caused by his own actions or those of his travelling companions.
Casa Vaniglia cannot accept any liability for loss or theft, damage, injury of any kind, caused to the tenant or caused by other tenants. Casa Vaniglia is not liable for damage caused by natural violence, natural disasters, attacks, strikes, violence or accidents. Use of facilities and the own grounds of Casa Vaniglia is at the risk of the tenant.
We ask you to report your complaints directly to us so that we can reasonably try to remedy them.
The total invoice does not include travel insurance, we advise you to take it out separately. You can move into the apartment on the day of arrival at 15.00 hours and have to leave it at 11.00 hours on the day of departure. You have to leave the apartment in the same condition as when you arrived.
It is not allowed to smoke in the rooms, apartments and communal areas.
Cancellation by the tenant must be sent by email to Casa Vaniglia, you will receive a confirmation. In case of cancellation within 7 days after the reservation confirmation, the deposit will be refunded by Casa Vaniglia. In case of cancellation after 7 days and up to 30 days before the start of the rental period, the tenant owes 50% of the total rent. In case of cancellation from 30 days before the start of the rental period, the full amount is due by the tenant. In case of no-show or reduction of the reservation (after arrival) the full cost of the reservation will be charged. Cancelled reservations cannot be transferred to a third party unless there is permission from Casa Vaniglia.
Should circumstances force Casa Vaniglia to cancel the rented property, Casa Vaniglia will inform you immediately and if possible offer you an alternative. In case of not being able to offer an alternative, or in case the tenant does not accept an alternative, Casa Vaniglia will refund the entire amount paid by the tenant. Tenant has no other right than to reclaim this amount.
Casa Vaniglia advises every tenant to take out cancellation insurance. In case of cancellation, the tenant can claim a refund of all or part of the rent, provided that the reason for cancellation falls within the scope of the insurance.
