For the 2025 season, we will rent only flat UNO
This comfortable flat is located on the ground floor with its own entrance and entrance and the pool next to your flat. Everything has been thought of to make your stay here as optimal as possible. The flat is furnished for two people, has a lovely bed, a luxurious bathroom with an infrared sauna, there is stylish furniture, all windows have mosquito nets, there is air conditioning, underfloor heating and pellet stove for spring and autumn. The kitchen is fully equipped, we have already prepared some spices and our own fresh olive oil for you. This flat has several seating areas, with good chairs, a spacious lounger and a dining table, and of course there is Wifi.
In the large central Italian kitchen or on the terrace in the garden, a free breakfast is ready for you the day after your arrival.
Outside on your terrace or in the beautifully landscaped garden with old olive trees and oleander and lavender fields, you have all the space you need to experience the wonderful outdoors. How about relaxing by the pool on an XL lounger with a book and enjoying the beautiful view, or sipping an espresso on the terrace or with a good glass of wine in the sun. Even for when you don't want to go out for a day, spending time in and around the house here is a real pleasure. Here you will enjoy nature, silence and fall in love with the beautiful panoramic views and amazing sunsets.

We were guests at Casa Vaniglia for a few days in July 2020. Really to our full satisfaction! This is a wonderful hospitable B&B. The flats are very tastefully decorated and we immediately felt at home. We really came to rest there after a difficult period. The view from the B&B on the San Vicino is really breathtaking. We have experienced Casa Vaniglia as a warm bath. Hans and Nathalie do their utmost to make your holiday a success, from a warm servitude. Beautiful quiet location with stunning views of the mountains and the surrounding landscape. The rooms and flats are tastefully and completely furnished with an eye for atmosphere and comfort. They are constantly looking for possibilities to upgrade their place, such as a swimming pool in the cosy furnished garden. This garden has several spots and sitting/lounge areas where you can relax or enjoy the view. What attracts us to this area is the lack of the 'tourist sauce' of e.g. Tuscany. While it has everything you are looking for in such an environment, in itself. Beautiful old walled towns, friendly people, the Adriatic coast within half an hour and an environment with an excellent food and drink culture such as Verdicchio wines. For us, it is a place to which we have lost our hearts and to which we will return often.
