Apartment Uno is over 38 m2 and is located on the ground floor with a private entrance and a large private terrace / garden with several seating areas and overlooking the vineyard and farmland.
In the morning you can enjoy the sun and in the afternoon you can enjoy the shade, but there is also always and a sunny spot to find.
The apartment consists of a living kitchen and sleeping area with air conditioning. The living area has a large sofa, dining table and a well-equipped kitchen, including herbs, oil and detergent, the sleeping area has a double box spring. The luxurious bathroom is equipped with a toilet, bidet, washbasin, walk-in shower, hairdryer and infrared sauna. The entire apartment has underfloor heating and in the living area a pellet stove for extra comfort in the spring and autumn.
